Invest in your recovery.
HBOT works cumulatively — the more consistently you use it, the more you get from it. Our packages are built around exactly that.

Hard-shell and soft-shell are kept as separate products, so package credits stay within their tier, and each pressure is priced on its own scale — hard-shell runs at 1.5 or the full 2 ATA, with soft-shell at 1.4–1.5 ATA.
The benefits build over time
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is cumulative. A single session is a good introduction — but the real value comes from consistency, which is why our packages reward it.
The first sessions
Your body acclimatises to therapeutic pressure and oxygen delivery — establishing the baseline everything else builds on.
Building consistency
With regular sessions, many clients notice a shift in how they recover, sleep, and feel day to day — the point where a course earns its place.
Sustained use
Used consistently over time, HBOT becomes part of how you train, recover, and age — a standing investment rather than a one-off.
The International Board of Undersea Medicine recommends a minimum of around 10 sessions to begin experiencing the benefits of HBOT in a wellness context — which is why our pricing makes the most sense as a course. (Indicative session phases — confirmed with the team.)
Additional recovery services
Add these to a visit, or book them on their own.
Bookable alongside your chamber session.
Red-light therapy
Warm, restorative light to finish a session.
Red and near-infrared light is used to support skin recovery and ease tired muscles, helping you feel refreshed after a session.
Compression boots
Dynamic compression for tired legs.
Rhythmic air compression helps boost circulation and flush out that heavy-legged feeling — a favourite after training or a long day on your feet.
Cold plunge
An invigorating contrast to warm recovery.
A short, bracing cold immersion to help reduce post-exertion ache, sharpen alertness and leave you feeling reset.
Magnesium pool
Mineral-rich water to soothe and unwind.
Warm, magnesium-rich water to help relax tight muscles and calm the mind — an easy way to wind down before or after the chamber.
Add-on pricing is being finalised — ask the team for current rates and availability.
